
Spring Program
March 3rd - June 6th
We are offering 7 open groups for our Spring 2025 Program! Our programs are designed to help each person receive exactly what they need to become the best version of themself. Our training is centered around getting stronger, faster, and more explosive. Sport-specific programs are designed to prepare participants to be at the top of their game for that sport, and general programs will make participants better all-around athletes. All of our programs will teach leadership, teamwork, and confidence. Our programs are well-rounded and benefit all athletes, so our multi-sport athletes are encouraged to select a group to prepare for an upcoming season or to best fit their schedule. Details for each program are listed below. Make up sessions are available Fridays by appointment.

Inseason Training
Inseason training is our bread and butter. Our owner and head strength coach got started in strength & conditioning by training inseason baseball athletes. Our experience paired with technology like our VALD ForceDecks allows us to keep athletes feeling fresh and still make gains throughout a busy sports season. Athletes can choose any 2 nights per week to train based on their schedule. Girls start at 7 PM and boys start at 7:30 PM.
Varsity Soccer
Our Varsity Soccer program is open to boys & girls in grades 8-12. This program will physically and mentally prepare you to compete at a high level on the pitch.


Football
To play football at a high level, strength, speed, and power are necessities. Join our Football Strength & Conditioning Program and dominate the field!
Volleyball
Ready to take your volleyball game to new heights? Join our Spring Volleyball Strength & Conditioning, open to ages 12-18.

Field Hockey
Field Hockey on the Eastern Shore is elite, so proper training is essential to stay ahead of the competition. Our Spring Field Hockey Strength & Conditioning is open to ages 12-18.
Elite Training
Our Elite Training option is great for athletes of all sports ages 11-14. With up to 4 days per week available, this program can fit your busy schedule and take your performance to the next level.


Youth Training
Our Youth Training program is designed to develop fundamental movement patterns and build strength and speed for kids 7-10 years. It is a great way to get started on a healthy, active lifestyle and learn how to properly execute basic exercises!
